1. Enrolment and Fees
- Enrollment confirmed after full payment
- Fees due by 5th of every month
- ₹100 late fee after 10 days
2. Cancellation and Refund
- Free trial available
- 30-day notice required for withdrawal
- No refunds on fees or materials
3. Attendance and Conduct
- Inform before absence
- No guarantee for makeup classes
- Misconduct may lead to termination
4. Intellectual Property
All materials belong to Abacus Stars Academy. Unauthorized sharing is prohibited.
5. App Usage
- Keep login secure
- We are not liable for downtime
6. Media Release
Student photos/videos may be used for promotion. Parents can opt out.
7. Liability
We are not responsible for indirect or incidental damages.
8. Updates
Continued use means acceptance of updated terms.
